11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. You irrevocably agree that the state and federal courts located in Windham County, Connecticut shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.
